What we collect
When you book a demo we collect your name, work email, organization, the type of organization you represent and your message. When you sign in we store your account email, name and language preference.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, operate your account and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Our database is hosted in Canada (AWS ca-central-1, via Supabase). Service providers that process data on our behalf are bound by contract.
Consent
We collect personal information with your consent, in line with Canada’s PIPEDA. Before onboarding users in African markets we will also comply with local laws such as Kenya’s Data Protection Act, Nigeria’s NDPA and South Africa’s POPIA.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting privacy@innovateafricahub.example.
